At Aswini MindKare Studio, we offer online emotional wellness and counseling support for women and children (female) across India through qualified and experienced psychologists. Our goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for healing and growth.
02 Are the sessions online or offline?
All our sessions are conducted completely online for your comfort and privacy. Sessions are usually held through Google Meet.
03 Can I choose my own psychologist?
Yes. You are free to browse through psychologist profiles and choose the psychologist you feel most comfortable with.
04 Are your psychologists qualified?
Yes. All our psychologists have completed their Master's degree in Psychology and are trained professionals with experience ranging from 2 years to 15 years in counseling and emotional well-being support.
05 What concerns can I seek support for?
You can connect with us for support related to anxiety, stress management, depression and OCD, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, work-life balance, postnatal emotional support, self-worth and confidence, time management, exam pressure, emotional burnout, hormonal and mood changes, pet grief, and more.
06 How do I book a session?
Booking a session is simple: choose your psychologist, fill in your basic details, complete the payment, select your preferred slot, receive confirmation through email, join the session using the Google Meet link shared with you, and provide feedback.
07 How long is one counseling session?
Each online counseling session is usually up to 50 minutes.
08 Will my sessions remain confidential?
Yes. Your privacy and confidentiality are extremely important to us. All sessions and personal information are handled securely and professionally.
09 Do psychologists prescribe medicines?
No. Our psychologists provide emotional support and counseling only. They do not prescribe medications.
10 Is this service suitable for emergencies or crisis situations?
No. We do not handle suicidal cases, self-harm situations, psychiatric emergencies, or crisis intervention. In such situations, please contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
11 Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled at least 6 hours before the scheduled session time by sending an email to contact@aswinimindkarestudio.com.
12 What is your cancellation and refund policy?
No cancellations are allowed. No refunds will be provided. A no-show will be considered as a completed session.
13 Can I transfer my session to someone else?
No. Sessions are strictly meant only for the registered individual and are non-transferable.
14 Will I receive a confirmation after booking?
Yes. Once your booking and slot are confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking ID, psychologist details, date and time, and Google Meet session link.

Our services are currently designed for women and children (female) within India.
17 What language will the session be conducted in?
Our psychologists support sessions in multiple languages based on availability. You can check the psychologist profile before booking to choose your preferred language.
18 What happens after payment?
Once payment is completed and the slot is selected, your booking gets confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email with session details and the Google Meet link.
19 Can I change my psychologist later?
Yes. You are free to choose a different psychologist for future sessions based on your comfort and preference.
20 What if I join the session late?
We recommend joining 5 minutes early. Late joining may reduce the effective session duration as the slot is reserved only for the booked timing.
21 Do I need to install any special application?
No special application is mandatory. Sessions are usually conducted through Google Meet, which can be accessed through mobile or laptop.
22 Can I book sessions for my child?
Yes. Parents or guardians can book sessions for children (female) through the platform.
23 How do I know which psychologist is right for me?
Each psychologist profile includes experience, specializations, languages, and session cost. This helps you choose someone who best matches your comfort and needs.
24 Will my personal information be safe?
Yes. We follow secure handling of user information and maintain confidentiality and privacy standards for all interactions.
25 Can family members attend the session with me?

26 What if I miss my session?
A missed session or no-show will be treated as a completed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
27 Are sessions judgment-free?
Absolutely. Our psychologists aim to create a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely.
28 Can I book multiple sessions in advance?
Yes. You can book multiple sessions based on psychologist's availability and your preferred schedule.
29 What should I keep ready before the session?
We recommend a stable internet connection, earphones or headphones for privacy, a quiet and comfortable space, and a few minutes before the scheduled slot to settle in.
30 Is online counseling really effective?
Yes. Online counseling can be highly effective when you consistently engage with the process in a safe and comfortable environment. Many individuals find it easier to open up from the comfort of their own space.
31 Can I contact the psychologist directly outside the platform?
No. All bookings and communications are managed only through Aswini MindKare Studio to ensure privacy, professionalism, and secure coordination.
32 What if I face technical issues during the session?
In case of internet or technical issues, you may reconnect using the same session link or contact us through email for support.
33 How soon can I get an appointment?
Available slots depend on the psychologist's schedule. In many cases, appointments can be booked as early as the next available day.
34 Do I have to turn on my video during the session?
Video participation is encouraged for better interaction, but you may discuss your comfort level with your psychologist during the session.
